Fletcher's Vending Services (Fletchers Services LLC) is a family-owned vending company based in White Lake, Michigan. This policy explains what we collect through the forms on this website and how we use it.

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, site address, details about the machines or service you need, any photos you upload, and anything you write in a message.

We ask only for what we need to respond to your request. Submitting a form is always your choice.

We use your information to review your request, get back to you, schedule service or a site walkthrough, and keep a record of the work we discuss or perform.

When you submit a form, you receive one automated confirmation email so you know your request arrived. That is the only automated email we send.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to advertising lists or share your details with marketers.

Your submission goes to our team, and to the providers that run this website and deliver our email. Those providers process data only on our behalf, for this purpose.

We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and any ongoing service relationship. You can ask us to review or remove your information at any time by emailing FletchersServicesLLC@gmail.com.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email FletchersServicesLLC@gmail.com or call (262) 676-2257 and we will confirm once it is done.

If we update this policy, we will post the current version on this page.
